They will announce the Black series next year. I am told by AMG I will get one as I did get an allocation for the Project One hyper car.

Thanks!

AMG Black Series is good to have as backup if I can’t get my 991.2GT3RS allocation filled at MSRP or MSRP is over $200.

Didn’t seem too hard here. Likely 4-6 months to build date then delivery 2 months after. Will see how it pans out for me. Deposit placed early October. Expecting slot Jan/Feb. MSRP but that’s how things are here.

What’s the best AMG Forum out there? I want to follow the GTR closely as it’ll be decision time not long from now. Watch tons of videos but forums is where the details are.

Got my GTR yesterday.

Need grin removal surgery.

Faster, more visceral, and more compliant than my 991.1 RS.
Orgasmic exhaust, tremendous balance with the front/mid engine.
Can't wait to get her on track.
Also very curious how it will perform against my upcoming 991.2 GT3.

That's pretty cool....is it only MB USA customers that get the invite?

Why surprised? Presume you are talking about GT3 and GT R?

GT R seems to be a solid car in a number of ways. Seems like some of the guys here have both for different experiences. Some can’t get a GT3 so GT R is a great alternate.

Personally I’m a bit turned off of the games to get a GT3. So went and put a deposit on GT R, which scratches a few itches I’ve had for many years. When faced with the decision I’m not sure which way I’ll go because I don’t think I will do both. I love 911s but I’m open to other great cars too and brands that are easier to do business with.

na vs turbo

thats the main reason i don’t consider it as a cross shop

and yes it was gt3 vs gtr comparison
