My son and I were just talking about this last night. Was thinking to rent a full semi truck and rent a track for the day/weekend with some friends on the Northeast.
My problem is my work schedule.
I almost pulled the trigger on 300 acres to build my own private track, but my lawyer was worried that we weren't going to get the zoning, the town's main concern was that I would try to make it commercial. But, we are still working them.
as a fellow MD who is not as fast can we go half on this?! Haha

Unconfirmed, But it looks like the initial holdups on this car were parts associated with the front active aero and they seem to have a fix and parts are on the way.
Well my car is one of these effected cars, but parts came today and car is finally ready and I take position tomorrow. See video of damaged aero. Mark
Reminds me of when I got a hot lap with a pro driver during my first track experience at the AMG Driving Academy. He was driving all kinds of sideways, and I asked him if driving like that is faster. He said, "No, but it's fun."

That vette lap was rough. Not Christian’s (?) best driving at all. GTR did look easier to throw into corners.
After 4 months of waiting for VPC release, picked her up this weekend. This thing is a beast - can't wait to break her in. Definitely makes more power than advertised!

Is it hard to get an allocation for the GT R Black Series.
Was going to the dealer later today and perhaps order a 4x4 but wondering about the Black Series. Own an S550 had a few AMG's CL65 G63 but never thought about a track AMG assume all the Hyper car slots are gone - Fast MD congrats!

It hasn’t been officially announced so hard to say. I’m on the list but not hopeful considering I’m sure it will go to high bidder. Only few dealers will get them. Hard to imagine what more they can do over the GT-R which is already an absolutely incredible machine.
