More progress on the interior as the framing crew opened a can of Whoop *** yesterday.

I'll be able to put cars up on the Mezzanine if... but this space is for entertainment as the piano, pool table and a bunch of furniture go up here!

The floor joists are on 12" centers and are overbuilt to an extreme level.

There is 1,960 sq feet of space up here and I think another office is probably a reasonable use.

My wife just shakes her head when I throw this into the equation:

Good thing she has a sense of humor and excellent taste!

My wife had a cool idea to change the interior lights to blue LED’s, and with our glass doors came out pretty cool I think for now.

The main 400 amp service box is in and connected to the sub panels. Tons of other stuff is being worked on but its cloudy/rainy/snowy and photos suck at this point...

I hear you. I just switched my house over to 600amp service. Have a huge addition going in with a large 3 car garage with 12’ ceilings.
Outfitted 220 for the lift I’m going to put in, as well as 2 spots on the other side for future electric charging.

very much enjoying your build…what decking did you use on 2nd floor? I joist 12 in oc will be very little deflection….. we built a commercial barn that had 24 inch tall I joist place 12 in on centre, you could probably put a tank up there….Keep up the good work and all the photos, it’s looks like it will be wonderful space

Also placed outlets for electric vehicles as it’s unavoidable.

NSD991
Yes, 3 car chargers inside the building and one for RV or car charger outside. There is also a 220 welder plug, 30 amp air compressor circuit and a washer/dryer circuit.

Interior framing looks like this:
