Haven’t posted any updates in a while, my dream garage is almost done! I moved in the lift and cabinets today which I have to finish assembling, plumber should be back to wrap up next week and I’m having stair railings fabricated. I’ve also added some new stable mates for the RS, covering quite the spectrum now haha. Almost time for the party. 😎

Thanks. Yes, NewAge.
Thanks! Footprint is 50’x28’ with an extra 1’ kick out for the middle two bays snd a kick out in the rear for the stairs. Upstairs is just shy of 1,000sqft and is one large studio style apartment with a separate full bath.

The electrical started out exceptionally fast and enthusiastically. Then a few of my contractors employees were poached by other contractors and things slowed down. We have now pulled over 6 miles of wire and are finally inspected and ready for sheetrock. A huge problem is the garage doors. They were ordered in April and the rails came in wrong. No replacements are available and the lead time is 40 weeks. You read that right, 40 weeks!!! I'm only 10 weeks into the 40... Does anyone know how to source custom bent garage rails???
In good news, the siding has arrived in the correct color and instillation started.

Around here anyway, shop rates aren't too bad and plenty of capable shops to fabricate metals of all kinds. Would imagine same where you are, though I have no idea where that is! Ha! Should be straightforward if you can get drawings or the wrong rail can be used as a guide for the tweaked version.
While it'll cost more than a factory produced part, waiting 30 weeks isn't appealing for something like doors.

Do you have the complete specs for the doors and rails? I believe my overhead door manufacturer could produce them for you. I own warehouses and we are constantly repairing and replacing damaged doors.

Just got my GT3 last week so I guess I can post a garage pic in here now?
We did a full remodel when we bought the house a year ago. Industrial strength epoxy for the floor, new paint and cabinets.
