I have a couple amazing tile guys i work with. I polished my last garage and it took me way more effort than I ever want to spend to get the guy to make it right after the ****ed it up the first time. This time I was thinking epoxy given the size…. It would be a LOT of tile.

Did they use sealing tape? There are gasketed slip joints they should have used and then they use a screw with a sealant or gasket to secure. When installed the joint looks seamless.

Cool doors. We’re installing about 60ft of cantina style folding doors on our great room to patio in 3 openings… they are fking expensive. Oh well in for a penny in for a pound.

Thats awesome thanks. They took off the unsightly stuff and replaced with silicone. Looks much better.

Metal stairs went in, can see exposed ductwork looks better....sorry don’t have better picture
