Exactly! I would expect 10,000 sq ft on 10 acres for that in Texas. The people in the flyover states have it good when trying to build these massive garages on almost free land.

Love the street it's on and the 'Texas Curb' in front of the house across the street. Rocks just lined up on the property line.

Looks like it's easily worth $3.75M to me.

I have a couple amazing tile guys i work with. I polished my last garage and it took me way more effort than I ever want to spend to get the guy to make it right after the ****ed it up the first time. This time I was thinking epoxy given the size…. It would be a LOT of tile.

Did they use sealing tape? There are gasketed slip joints they should have used and then they use a screw with a sealant or gasket to secure. When installed the joint looks seamless.

Example:

Cool doors. We’re installing about 60ft of cantina style folding doors on our great room to patio in 3 openings… they are fking expensive. Oh well in for a penny in for a pound.

Thats awesome thanks. They took off the unsightly stuff and replaced with silicone. Looks much better.

Metal stairs went in, can see exposed ductwork looks better....sorry don’t have better picture
