Contact them directly for your free garage! Note-all cars have already gone to the new house Pics of THAT garage to follow.
Here are some lower garage pics. Lower garage is just under 1000sf with flush mounted Bendpak full rise scissor lift, air, welding, heated, workshop, epoxy floor. Takes my F150 and Futura trailer no problem. Upper garage on main is 4 car double tandem.

Another milestone has been accomplished with primer being completed everywhere but the fire room.

The team that did the grinding/polishing of the concrete floor started out well but fizzled out trying to get it finished on a Saturday. They left a mess and there were lots of clouds in the finish from dust and debris from not getting it clean. Fortunately, the company is stepping up and a full re-do starts on Wednesday. No arguments from management and being handled in an extremely professional manner.

There are some crazy garages (and cars) in this thread. Congrats to you all!

I've been working on my new construction for the past 2 years. Waited forever for materials, and paid too much for some of the lumber, etc, but the exterior is finally complete. Interior is about 80% done... still have to do the Swisstrac on the floor and hang some more pics, but the meat and potatoes are there. I won't bore you with the million pictures I have, instead I'll share a handful that show the project from start to finish.

Breaking ground

16" of crushed, compacted stone

forms, rebar and galvanized wire mesh

pouring 4750 PSI concrete with glass fibers

Pad complete

Framing

Roof on, Doors in, windows in

Siding complete

Workbench & storage

Looks great! What's the audio setup?

Also, are the Husky badges stuck on or do they have a pin mounting them on as well? I think taking them off would clean that area up a lot!

Captains log # 7,479 - Stardate 3/11/2022 - I'm not worried about boring you guys with the details of the build because I figure you can always ignore the posts.

The concrete polishing has been completely re-done. It was a huge, dusty job that I would NEVER repeat!

The good thing is the floor is remarkably flat, stain resistant and exceptionally durable. Time will tell if it was worth the effort.
Not for the feint of heart or budget challenged!
As they say, pictures - or it didn't happen.

Immense amounts of dust and hours and hours of grinding. My concrete cured exceptionally hard...

There are five floor drains, power for lifts, air and other floor mounted items plus eight power receptacles in the floor for battery tenders. They complicate things as it takes extra time to keep the finish remotely consistent..

Did I mention DUST?

Tomorrow I should have some finished product snaps.

The guts of one of the three grinders and vacuum systems...

These projects are not all pretty - Lilac scented Unicorn farts and glitter, there is quite a bit of decision making, sweating and toil... Building today is a big undertaking with many hurdles, workarounds and complications. Sugar coating this process (even with a great contractor) is not for me.

Everything was washed and cleaned several times before the application of the two types of sealers.

Regarding the company performing this under warranty? Its called stepping up...

Salute'

The audio setup is pretty humble. It's an old Denon receiver driving a pair of Paradigm speakers. There is also a Def Tech 15" woofer going in there, under the drill press and receiver, but it is at the repair shop at the moment. I have a little bluetooth gizmo that lets me stream XM from my phone ap to the stereo in there. It works perfectly.

As for the 17 Husky badges, I agree. I have thought about this but haven't done any investigating yet. I assume (and hope) they are decals.

Yes, unsnap, I have the same ones, although mine were at the bottom
