I tried to get the wife to agree to buy this house, but she balked at the price tag. It is still for sale if anyone is moving to Austin with F U money.

~2200 sq ft garage, really nice setup.

any recommendations? I don’t trust Yelp.

If you consider tile with epoxy grout let me know. I have a guy.

https://www.redfin.com/TX/Austin/150.../home/31246838 With Austin’s 2.2% property taxes, I’m not sure you want this place.

Place looks more like a rental event space, vs home.

Ya, as a homebuilder, I was laughing too. That builder or investor is trying to make $6 mil on that one. Good for them. Got to love capitalism. hahaha.

What a douche. It was bought 2.5 years ago from a listing price of $3.75M. I guess with Tesla and Google moving there means stupid money. People aren't that stupid.

And it's an eight-car garage if you go tandem and get rid of the sitting area.
