3 psi is about right. I don't think I could wait for 10psi since 1/2 the session would be over at that point. I usually take 1-1.5 laps out to warm up. I try to heat the tires up under braking, but take it easy on the corners

One thing to note there is that hard braking with cold tires can result in the tires moving relative to the rims (I've marked it and they can move a lot). In fact, I've even seen that movement due to torque with cold tires. I haven't seen or heard of damage to the tire resulting from that movement, but it can throw off the tire balance enough to be annoying.

You know what worked for me on OZ painted wheels? Aluminum heat tape then duct tape on top. Duct tape needs to be decently wide in every direction to keep the aluminum tape down. I used to starting throwing weights after a session or two on a hot day. No problem after double taping. PITA though.

Yeah, it's a bit crazy. 1 or 2 pieces (usually just 1) of aluminum tape over the weight then duct tape all around (multiple pieces) to contact both the aluminum tape and the wheel in a wide rectangle. That will keep the weight from moving underneath the aluminum tape and eventually working itself out.

Here is my alignment sheet. We tried to get -3.5 up front, but apparently even with shims, the front maxes out at -3.2. I haven't tried adjusting the sway bars.

Shims all around. So many shims. According to the shop, if I want to get to anything less than -3.2, cup car control arms are required. I see no reason to go small with the camber since the tires won't last more than 2-3 months anyway (4-6 track days)
