I'd ask to add option 888 and see if the computer takes it. The $4800 may have been before Porsche added it as a regular option rather than custom build.
I just noticed the UK builder shows an option for the 12 o'clock marking in lava. It is option 888 and is 162 GBP. I don't see why anyone couldn't add this.

No. Just rumors right now. For now, there are no production starts scheduled beyond the end of December 2015. This doesn't mean they'll end MY2016 early, though, but for now it looks like that's the case.
Historically, PAG likes money, and is known for continuing production longer than initially claimed.

A question that I haven't seen asked yet: The configurator has the option of changing belt color but what about the door pulls? Do they automatically change when selecting say yellow for the belts?
The Door Pulls match the color of the Interior / Deviated Stitching (GT Silver if GT Silver, Lava Orange if Lava Orange).

No Porsche Exclusive interior options are being made available. I've asked PCNA and PAG far too many times, they keep telling me no. Granted, if I owned three 918 Spyders, they might be more willing to accommodate me, so who knows.
By the Porsche Prototype results at LeMans I would have to conclude that :
1. White is the fastest
2. Red is a runner-up
3. Black is last

My ED extended insurance contract days 6000Km or 6 months or tax is due. I'll ask ED department to verify because I will do those miles in 3 months easy and that means half the cost for only 3 months insurance.

They told me the same on ED two years ago. It sounds like they are trying to use the mileage cap and outside date limits as a means to differentiate between a recreational pickup for a customer and somebody that is looking to avoid local taxes.
