Why is he using the shifter and not the paddles on the RS video? Pretending he's driving a manual?

Very pleased it's not covered in vinyl graphics, it doesn't need it given all the new bolts-ons and cut-outs. The final product looks cleaner than expected. The little bits seem to work, crazy aggressive look with the big track, wheels and massive wing. Look at the width of the fenders, evil.

These posts about lap times, performance specs, and the "performance gap" being not worth the money are comical. You don't buy it because you need to lower your lap times, but it will make you faster. How much is up to you, the car is always asking for a better driver.
RS is greater than the sum of the parts (or specs). Every time.
The higher torque, that somebody commented about is also key. I think they left power on the table purposely, but finding hp and tq under the curve are also key. Go ask any racing team that is HP restricted and all they talk about is finding more "usable" power under the curve. No difference here. Peak hp number is WAY conservative at 500, but my guess is they found a lot more power and tq under the curve, and subsequently, in the real world, with lower ratios, it's going to be a lot quicker than people think. There's more to the story, and it's a homologation car, which always carries some reasoning, despite it being loaded with the latest tech.
See what this car does, I hate the fuking 21" clown shoes on this car, and yet I don't care anymore, all of a sudden they don't bother me.

In real life, it will be .010 faster

Quite a disconnet between how people express themselves online and reality.
Joking aside, I'm sure it will be quicker than a standard Gt3.
