One more thing I was told, it will be an MK1 991. Also power is expected to be 500HP only and not higher from a 4.0L engine which if confirmed would be disappointing.

I still placed my order to confirm the allocation as we only get 6 cars here. I would still be waiting for the final specs before finalizing my order.

Oh one more thing, it will have carbon front fenders and a 918 steering with a pit lane speed limiter switch. That's cool.

Now the dealer got the RS configurator working without pictures or prices so they started calling the people with allocation to select the options.

I have a two friends who received a call from the dealer as well. Final pricing and pictures will be released after Geneva auto show.

I think that is actually a correct function. When you have the "Club Sport Package" (roll bar + harness) then the fire extinguisher is already included that is why you can not select it again.
