Night and day difference between old and new RS. New one is better in every way, though not saying the 991.2 has anything wrong with it; a great car that is more dare I say, analog vs. the new one.
Easy to go very fast in the new one with endless grip. Have had it for about half a dozen track days on large fast tracks; the aero really shines!

So my question is really how 992 3RS compares with 992 GT3.

This should be interesting...it looks like the last service inputted mileage wrong which reported to Carfax. Also that might be the most stripper spec I've seen. They didn't even check the free boxes like ashtray.

The only options were Bose, extended tank and aluminum look gas cap. 147k MSRP.

What are the real prices that 991.2 GT3 RS are actually going for in the US? I know looking at ended auctions on bringatrailer is one metric.

Seems to me that prices should be down to like $200,000 realistically but I'm not sure if I would be wasting my time calling up dealers and offering that when most have them listed around $240-$260. What do y'all think?

Same thing with 992 GT3 prices, seems to me the market is saturated at inflated prices whereas you would think they would trade closer to 200k?

I predict that you will never again see a decent spec 991.2 3RS with less than 50K miles on it selling for less than $220k. The specialness of the car (best track car of the 991 series), the fact that they're not making any more, and inflation will keep prices up.

Supply and demand dictate pricing. What would lead you to believe either would trade closer to $200k than what you see actual transactions going for?

Just a heads up to anyone who is looking. I’m getting ready to post my 991.2 GT3RS for sale. It’s very clean, nicely spec’ed and only has 7k miles on it. It’s def not going to be a $200k sale. Similar miles and spec are listed for 260-270k.

Depending on spec and mileage the .2 3RS cars are still holding their values selling between $230k and $250k. Some lower some higher, Miami Blue Weissach seems to be demanding the highest prices but there’s plenty of green, silver, white ones out there.

There is one on Dupont-
2019 Porsche 911 GT3 RS
2019 - 12,152 miles $199,000

Not a rare spec but this is my point that I would expect normal spec/condition models like this to be trading at this price point, whereas I see a lot of other normal spec/not rare colors sitting listed for like $240k for a long time and not selling. Maybe like some of y'all are saying- those prices/above $220 will hold?

Probably has a carfax history as well. All the rest on the Dupont page are listed in the normal range we would expect.

Ok, I got it! I pulled out my Chrystal Ball from my days of being an evil wizard, anyway, that’s another story, but I asked it what the prices will be and in the future and it spoke to me wise words of wisdom: “the price will be what you see that day, duh!!!!” So now we can predict the future accurately!
