The 991.2 interior will probably be peak Porsche interior. I own a .1 3RS and over everything, except the infotainment. It's not bad, it's charming, I will probably upgrade it with one of those aftermarket PCM upgrades when I get bored.

I've never drivnve a 991.2 GT3 RS. It is really true that the .1 is a more streetable car, better road manners in terms of stiffness, and more visceral?
991.1 GT3 has softer springs than 991.2 3RS, but I think both cars have acceptable ride quality on all but rough roads. I would say the RS is a little more visceral and definitely has a better front end.

Thanks friend 👍🏻. I was actually thinking about the deal you negotiated for yours @ 240K after I entered my final bid (seriously). It's easy to get wrapped up in the excitement and fun. It doesn't even feel like really money when your bidding lol... I hope the new owner enjoys her. I know at the right price I definitely would have. Thanks for everyones support and participation. I appreciate you all. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 It definitely made for an exciting afternoon.

Why is that car worth $300k?

Fyi: I reached out to the MB 3RS in San Francisco. Sold and in transit as of a few days ago.

It has a few small but sought after things other Miami Blue cars on the market don’t have that drives the price up way more than it should:

Yellow stitching
Painted vents
and CXX painted wing end plates.

I was interested as I want a Miami Blue car with Yellow Deviated Stitching, PCCBs, FALs, PDLS, and LWBS. It will be a forever car for me so I’m being picky.

This car had painted vents with silver stitching on the dash all while also having yellow stitching throughout. This was a bit strange and kept me from throwing the kitchen sink at it.

I spoke to dealer and they claim its very clean. They put 4 new tires but didn’t do recommended maintenance. They say it can’t be CPO bec of the cage?

What would be a fair price on this one considering its not CPO. New tires but maintenance has not been done. Has cage installed and full PPF.

Look at the current 2016's on the market. Looks to be about 50 of them priced between 180-230.... They just lowered to price on this to 215k. It's been in their inventory for 52 days. If you can wait in till the end of the month and they still have it, press them hard then. Prices on the 991.1's are trending lower currently. This seems to be priced accordingly where it should be with the milage on the lower end at this moment in time. That being said, I'd try to get it as close to 200K as possible. I remember a Voodoo one for sale by me in Newport Beach 2 years ago that was on ebay and sold for 181k and then sat for months at the Aston Martin dealer at 215k... Not sure what it sold for but it did have more miles than this one. Again, that was a different time than we are in now but 181k is 35k spread from today. This car is nice but i wouldn't be surprised to see .1's in the 180s again in the near future. IMO.....

There are CPO ones that are asking less with similar mileage but they are all colors that I’m not too crazy about. I think this one should be under $200k, they are not negotiating much unfortunately.

I actually didn't even negotiate the price on mine, since my dealer is an Autonation dealer. My dealer got the car as a trade in for a 992 3RS, he set the asking price at $240k, and he gave me first dibs on the car before he listed it. I wasn't shopping for a 3RS, so I did a bit of research on prices, concluded it was a good price, and bought it. Looking back now on the demand for MB, I think it was a really good price. And the car is fantastic, I love it.

This and the one that got away from fiji are investment grade 991.2 RS. Think unlikely to accumulate miles at these price points.

As investments, could return > than risk free rate between now & 2030 imo.
