Just less buyers for this one. I know I, myself, wouldn't consider this one at all if I was in the market. Too many others available with less "stories."

Canadian car with an oddly changed gauge cluster. Price is too high for it still. Shouldn't be as low as the bat money shift GT3, but lower than 210k obviously.

Guys, just be patient a little. The end of world isnt coming. If you wait just couple of more months, you’ll be shocked. If you can hold out until fall, even better.
Always follow the influx of money. Money has gotten more expensive. Credit is tight. Dealers are the ones that you will get better deals as they are growing more desperate every day. They work with financing and they pay through their nose for their flooring fees. Every sale they make, they now make almost 10% less because the money they borrow to buy cars have gotten more expensive to them. You have to play your hand correctly. We will see 6MT winged GT3s with buckets and pccb @ MSRP.
Tourings will be tourings. While they are not totally immune, I expect they will continue to fetch higher premium than winged.
There is a reason why period vs period we have almost twice the amount of 991 and 992 911s in BAT compared to last year. Smart people know whats coming and they are dumping inventory to not get caught in the middle of this and pay a price.

Personally, i’m keeping my cash in a fllourish account paying close to 5% till the fall/winter. By then I believe there will be motivated sellers. Cash is always king,… and dealers will need to move inventory…..
if I’m proved wrong, oh well, I will just keep on driving my other 6 cars….. and keep the cash working for me….

Would love recommendations on shops / warehouse space / what private track people like etc!
PS - winter comes too fast buy one if you find what you like / end of day won’t impact $ 5% growth vs 20%! Decline in 200k - it’s one year of oil for your furnace which I just learned is still a thing

Shoot me a PM with your cell number and we can chat/text.
I don’t want to derail this thread.
P.S. I have moved to Charleston SC two years ago and there are no winters here. I can track all year around if I wanted to….
I hope you like shoveling 4-5 months out of the year!😉
looking forward to sharing with you!

Smart people have been calling for a recession for the better half of a decade. Real economists. Of course one will come at some point, but you could be dead by then as well.

Wow...thanks for the compliment !
Actually the 10 yr warranty on that car has a little over 2 years left, I had been looking for a PTS green, how many of those exist?, and I would drive it for a year or so and then sell it. Someone will definitely buy it at close to that price, If you look at most sites, Manheim (which I have access to) Autotrader, Hemmings, Cars.com, etc etc, most with decently low miles are going in the $140-$150k range
