Still a very good showing considering the current market environment. 991Touring with good spec will continue to retain strong value, that is clear.
It may be a little off of the peak but as you say a strong sale in in the current market. A recent winged 992 GT3 just sold for 6k more but it had a 13k higher MSRP than the 991.

That car is also a ‘18 past warranty without CPO. A similar spec but ‘19 with CPO would probably sell for at least $5k higher, if not more.

I think this is the car a friend was talking to them about a few months back. Price was in the low $190s then. Middle of negotiations they called and said they were raising the price as a market adjustment. My buddy didn’t buy it . . .

They also have a winged GT3 that's been sitting for a while. That one is listed for $190k

I agree. When I first saw it, I was somewhat interested but was not sure how it being a Canadian car would affect the future sale/value once I decide to sell (plus even though I really like the Carmine red, there are many colors I would prefer over it especially since my 458 is Rosso Corsa). Is it being a Canadian car a bid deal? Or does it not make a difference? Since it has been sitting there for a while, they might be more interested to negotiate.

I really don't understand the reason for Canadian car being less desirable. Seems really strange.

The navigation system only knows how to take you to Tim Hortons. Really not useful in other countries.

So is the consensus that being a Canadian car doesn't affect the value?

No it affects it a lot, expect Canadian cars to be a lot cheaper.
