The 991 GT3/RS Cars For Sale Thread...
#7096
I've warmed up to the 992. Compared to the last one, I preferred the 991.2 when the 992 was initially revealed. Looking forward to taking delivery in 3-4 weeks.

Link shows car is gone. I'll give Edgar a call. Thank you!

2 more very low mileage cars just popped up. Looks like the 992 gt3rs’s are arriving so the 991’s are being traded in. These 2 are stupid prices though.

Yes that one, but on another site they have it "no reserve" for $269K ...The Ebay auction has a reserve. It got up to $234K on a previous ebay auction and didn't sell because their reserve wasn't met. So they relisted it.

Crazy to think that spec with 3,000 miles was selling for 190's in 2020-2021....

It seems like it went $15k under msrp with such low miles. Market seems to have continue in a downward trajectory. A pretty decent 2022 Turbo S also sold for under msrp yesterday.

I mean honestly - that’s still pretty decent.

In other words, I agree with you and this car wasn't "cheap" but rather the market is correcting back to normal levels. These cars arent worth what people are paying them for. My RS that I paid $30k under MSRP 3 years ago with 300 miles wasn't worth $90,000 more than what I paid for it last summer. It is worth exactly what I paid for it.
A Turbo S that porsche makes in very high quantities isn't a special car that's worht $50,000 over MSRP. It is worth probably 5% below MSRP when brand new. We are going back "normal". Money isn't cheap anymore the young kids with no skills or tradecraft who made a ton of money buying Nasdaq probably got the reality check they needed.

Enough about your RS that you paid $30K under MSRP 3 yrs ago from the "moron" previous owner...you bring it up over and over in your posts. There were plenty of RS's that were trading under MSRP in 2020 due to the confluence of many factors- those who bought 3 yrs ago did very well.
Agree about the '16 RS- a 7 yr old car two gens back with almost 10K miles and 4 owners for $15K back of MSRP is pretty darn good from a value retention perspective-

I was looking at the other desirable cars in BAT and the market movement in some of these cars is pretty substantial. I wouldn't want to be the person who paid $200k over for an 812 only for it to sell for $60k under msrp now. What a massive spread.

and then there is mclaren. Lots of RNM for 765LT and the 720S have taken a massive dive. The most recent 720S with only 3700 miles went for $160,000 under msrp.
