Any thoughts on this Miami Blue 991.2, WP0AC2A96JS175461 ? Seems pretty fairly priced compared to MB sold comps I've found, but I'm unsure if the market has just dropped recently or if lack of PCCB makes that big of a difference.
Plastic dash and red gauges are the deal killer for me… Low spec and price seems high for the options. There’s a Gray Black PTS for sale on the forum asking the same price basically with more options (including leather interior) and PTS adds value overall.

many of these cars are running out of warranty and no real easy options to extend on an RS.

it’s the blue I would guess. Only Porsche can make a blue car that sells for a premium. Brilliant and I do love blue. Favorite color

Miami Blue was not a PTS color although they did charge a premium for it. Still a pretty basic specced car, it’s up to the potential purchasers if they like the build. For “ me” it’s not a car I would consider but that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t be right for someone else.

Miami Blue is a current PTS color, so it probably gets a little bump from that. Mileage is low, and MT helps. I bet it will sell at close to asking.

That's the thing, it is. It's a 2 owner car per carfax, which the salesman said was a mistake. I figured he was just confused but the GM came to chat and said the same. I can't imagine they'd purposely lie about such a trivial detail, but I wonder if the 2nd owner sold them a bunch of bs. Makes me wonder if there's any chance of a mileage stopper(I've heard of so many people using them here in NYC) or any other stories with the car.

The gray black car looks great, but just a little too plain for my taste. Maybe if it were a daily.

Out of curiosity, what other options are must haves? I didn't have any absolute deal breakers on the car myself, but I was definitely worried come resale time.

The Miami blue premium is definitely there. Well worth it IMO, I'd pay just as much for Miami as any "real" PTS color.

Must have options are a personal preference. Some won’t consider a car without PCCB’s. Others the opposite. The same with full leather, buckets etc. ,

yea it's on that super secret website called autotrader. Im not your butler......find it yourself.

There was another chalk WP with very high spec of $270k or so that sold for less than MSRP at young motorcars....
https://www.youngmotorcars.com/inven...-rs-weissach-1

everything is coming down...even real estate in Miami is finally coming down. Some dealerships see it.....some dont. Just because some people dont see it doesnt mean it isnt happening.

weird build. Weissach and mag wheels and steel brakes. And yes prices are coming down but nowhere near mid 2020. Once you get above 250 msrp you’re not getting as much of that $ back. It amazes me that these cars are still bringing over MSRP at all with some miles and basically no warranty left.

some people do not prefer PCCB because they are sensitive to chipping from stones or wheel handling and expensive to replace if they take some light damage. Also, if its not a track car, no real advantage tBH, just to brag
