I spoke with the same dealership a few months ago and they were beyond rude. I ended up hanging up when the salesperson acted as if they are doing me a favor when asking a few questions. They were telling me the 4 sets of tires on CarFax is a typo. This was when they were firm at $225K. They obviously bought it at auction early in 2022 and into for more than the $189K.

I proceeded to tell Lou that he had just given me the out the door price of $189995 and that this is the exact thing his dealership was fined $800000 by New York Department of Consumer and Worker Protection. After a long pause, he said he had $218000 in it which, of course, I dont believe. I told him I would need to think about it. Well, he has called me 3 more times since I hung up with him this morning. Needless to say, I won't be going near this place.

I know it is a broad brush but my experience with few of them was terrible to say the least
