I think a reasonable target price on this is 175k-180k max.

Thoughts?

Thanks

Cant see where they are going to take $10-15k off the price, have to imagine that is their margin.

I could see 180K if they really need to move it but I can’t see them willing to let it go for less.

So, should sub 10k mile 2016 GT3RS be under 200k now? I’m looking at one with 6k miles w/ FAL but w/o PCCB. Guy wants 210k. Car is perfect but I feel like it is overpriced.

Yes. Dealers are offering sub 175k as trade in values for Lava/UltraViolet 13k mile cars. Few for sale at around 187k with those miles also at “retail prices” and not moving.

They’re on the sites you mentioned at 180-190 and the higher mileage ones at over 200 go down to sub 190 after negotiations. They told me dealers are offering them 175k or less on trade in.

This one sold even though the ask was $230k. Beautiful car and looked very clean but not sure if I'm crazy thinking it was overpriced.

Not crazy, but again illustrates the gap between what many here suggest 991.2's "should" be going for and what motivated buyers are willing to pay.

Exactly, also didn’t we establish that the one that sold at wholesale auction was involved in an accident as well.

I don't think it was overpriced. No CPO and mileage a little higher than most, but it is PTS.

Go with your gut, if it feels overpriced now then it will in a few weeks.

Nothing wrong with walking in and putting a standing offer on the table and having them call you back in a few days/weeks if it works.

I agree, but, if anything it was underpriced if it sold that quickly.

Personally, I think it was underpriced. That dealer priced it to move quick, for whatever reason.

Not a 991 comment but there's a 992 gt3 on autotrader selling for $224,600. It appears to be selling for msrp.

I wonder what this means for the 991 gt3/rs prices.
