your car hit $180K, that is about a 10K premium / profit for using it for three years...by no means accepting that price equates to "giving it away"

a few months ago you would have been lucky to secure $140K, if I were you, I would take it and walk away

lot of sellers list items for sale and then say "oh I am in no rush to sell this epic car" ...well if you are in no rush or need to sell then just keep it in your garage and dont clutter the market place, just saying!

Inventory is pulling up, and when the 992’s hit the ground will be interesting to see premiums. Touring sales still strong for many reasons vs winged cars not lots of appeal 10k may want to take it and run. As other poster said drove the car 3 years free for a light spec’d car.

I’m not “cluttering” up the market place. The car is for sale. If the price is right I’ll sell today. Title in hand. Just know what I will take for it. Yes I’m in zero rush to sell bc like I just said I know what I’ll take. Super clean GT3 w only 2475 miles. Thanks for your input tho.

Very nice car - but MSRP is only $161K - so how is $179K a bargain? Its a very nice regular manual GT3. Is the market truly much more than $18K over for a soon to be 4 year old car with a new one imminent? I don't have a crystal ball but I think winter and the new one will put a little pressure on prices. We're in a time where supply chains and a dearth of new TT's and GT3's have driven up prices. But Porsche will make more of these things and things will smooth out a little over time.

Love is a burning thing
And it makes a fiery ring
Bound by wild desire
I fell into a ring of fire
I fell into a burning ring of fire
I went down, down, down and the flames went higher
And it burns, burns, burns, the ring of fire
The ring of fire

I mean, you have to consider it in the context of what others are listing and selling at right now. I agree prices will continue to come down. I've been saying it for a while now that prices are in a bubble and was told by several people that peak pricing from a few months ago was the new normal, although they seem to have disappeared lately

I'd also argue that if it had an over rev report done for the purpose of the sale, it would absolutely attract more bids. Despite the car only having 2k miles, it's a must for online auctions, especially cars going for 200k sight unseen..

It always strikes me as odd that folks don’t post the DME as part of the listing on manual cars. I guess it requires a trip to the dealer which is a pain.
