Easy to condition the purchase on satisfactory review of a technical inspection including a DME report and provide a refundable deposit. I would be happy to lose the cars with stories around them and those are the ones that are typically sold quick without questions. Hard to get recourse after the fact so unless you like losing money on every deal, better to do the DD up front to know what you're getting into.

Except on BaT I believe you’re out the $5k buyers fee. Honestly, if you’re trying to sell a $200,000 car, spend $200 on a DME for the ad. A lot of buyers will ask for it.

Good advice. Even though my car isn't on the market I always ask for a DME report at each service to keep with the records. Since Durametric isn't helpful anymore with modern GT's that seems a prudent thing to do.

Black on black w/ gold deviated stitching. Contrast stitching is looks great on the seats, dash, steering wheel column, doors, handles, etc. Side decal is gold as well, along with the aurum gold oem wheels wrapped in stock Pilot Sport Cup 2s.
Wrapped entire front with Xpel, added A-pillars, rockers, behind all wheels, wing, and double wrapped the rear flares.
Trackspec lifters on the beautiful carbon buckets to help with the seating angle. Car also has an Akrapovic race exhaust w/link pipes. OEM side mufflers included, no stock center.
