You are smoking something

clearly you have no idea, .1 GT3s were in the $110-120K range and one could easily secure a .2 GT3 in the $140-150K range and yes I am talking about regular GT3s with MSRP from $150 - $170K range just like this white GT3 on sale.

Good reference here, and touring are the drivers, and wings with PCCP’s do well low specs not so much.

They may have been bids at 140 during the beginning of the pandemic, but I don’t think a single GT3 was sold for 140, unless it had something wrong with it.

I know the original owner of this GT2 RS who sold it on BAT. The deal on this one actually ended up falling through as the winning bidder couldn’t afford the car. The owner gave me the option of buying it for $285k, but I declined as I just bought my 997 RS a few months before and if I got a GT2 RS I would want one with WP.

All but 2 were PDK.
The 2 that were manual were with sofas, with about 20K under MSRP.
So yes, there may have been a couple, but they weren’t the top once anyway.
You couldn’t get the perfect spec at the prices you are referring to even at the lowest time. While I agree that 40 over for a 4 year old car is too high, you will not see these cars back at 140 in the near term.

Hard to say as not a lot of 2RS’s in this spec come up for sale. Out of the 1294 examples in North America only 69 don’t have WP. Maybe $325k-$350k if not PTS.

By few months, do you mean over a year? You clearly don't know the market.

Stocks were also discounted 30% at the bottom of covid. These datapoints (with +5k buyer's fee on top) are pretty meaningless.

Those were all pre COVID-19...
I take the back. Some were 2019. Some were 2020

Also has full Dundon system with plenum but I have the original exhaust parts still too. Full PPF on the whole car and brake calipers rebuilt with titanium pucks (overkill for sure). Just installed new Cup 2s a couple weeks ago and new brake pads at that time as well. Did the 2 year service in March. MSRP was $245k. Has BBI half cage and P1 design seat inserts (still have ones that came with the car originally) and Ed's bolster covers. BBI wheels as well and no, don't have the originals anymore. VIN WP0AF2A92KS165356. PM if you are desperate for the best color they offered.

OK, I have decided to entertain real offers. No tire kickers. $248k (back to stock except wheels) or $260k with all the aftermarket upgrades and all the stock parts. Bought a GT4 car, so this car isn't getting used much anymore and I have a 992 GT3 that will be here in the next 60 days. At some point you have to sell some to add some. haha
