$53k over MSRP is about as high as I’ve seen it for a non PTS Touring even a few months ago. Obviously there is still a strong market for these cars, but then again everything is up now.I follow these things out of curiosity as I am still enjoying mine!

The UK market has a different pallet and Viper Green RS's are very sought after.
I'm a green fan. Greens are classic especially darker ones (similar to BRG, VG) - and will age very well. If I order a new 911 - Green will be a finalist..

Not referring to the premium over MSRP, high MSRP cars usually see less of a premium so it's diminishing returns. Low option cars always see the best ROI, so meant that the same car would've fetched even more a few months ago.
Friend just picked up a lava orange 2016 3RS with 30k miles in the high 150k range, asking was 160k by the dealer(non Porsche) as a data point.
IMO, just that information is not a fair data point - actual price will be reflective of the condition, the history and the mileage so without the rest of the information one cant use that price as a data point
