Chalk .2 RS with 10k miles on BAT. WP, magnesium wheels, PCCB, FAL, LED’s, full leather with deviated yellow stitching, aftermarket titanium exhaust (made by Boden Autohaus), and a Porsche Equipment roll bar. $259k original MSRP. I think Chalk combined with gold wheels actually looks quite good even though Chalk is not my favorite color.
Merit Partners has the same Albert Blue Touring that was up for auction in May on Instagram for sale again. The car now has 4950 miles vs 4400 when the auction was held. This time they want $270k OBO. The car sold for $240k back in May.
Chalk Touring with 7200 miles on BAT. Steel brakes, buckets, no FAL, LED’s, full leather with red stitching, and $13k in CXX options. $181k original MSRP.
Wow.. lots of .2's popping up now. 992 allocations must be hitting. The PTS Oak Green going for $205K seems a bit low for today's market, perhaps things are trending downwards.
I've been actively looking for an RS and there's generally ~110 for sale nationwide and ~240 GT3's for sale. Compared to 6-7 months ago when the number was half of that (maybe less), a lot of cars are sitting.

Much less than half. I remember 15 manual GT3s at the low point vs over 80 today. Not sure if it's 992 allocations hitting; they made a huge amount of 991.2 GT3s and not sure why people thought they were some extremely rare asset and hoarded them....but like any bubble predicated on a false sense of scarcity, once everyone starts listing their cars to take advantage of higher prices, it creates a feedback loop and here we are. Look at the 488 market too, I was shocked there's 100 cars for sale now - I've never seen so many on sale at once.
Money grab for all those that said keys will be in my dying hands. People will learn it’s just a car, and the new hot thing will come and change your mind. That’s why I say drive and enjoy, and not worry about all that paint correction/stuff then sell with 4k miles.

Yes a lot of cars are selling, but dealers are not selling them for cheap. Dealers don't have much inventory. Not just GT cars, any Porsches they do not much in stock. They don't want them to sell in a day. Price them high and see any takers. So far dealers don't have much pressure to sell them cheap. Only when their lots are full of cars, but right now, it's not happening yet.

Yes, I think you're right, it was probably 25% because I was looking at that time too and on the CPO car search on Porsche.com there were maybe 10 nationwide. I am also in the market for a 458 due to the glut in the 991 GT market.. it's an interesting time to be a buyer, that is for sure.

458 is an interesting one. Like every other car, inventory went way down and then recovered but not to the same extent as the 991.2 GT3....and it's full of subpar cars, unfortunately. I guess because it's almost 10 years older there are more examples of raggedy cars. hope you find a nice one. seems difficult to find one with both the racing seats and suspension lifter which I consider must-haves. I just can't bring myself to pay 220k for a low mile, good spec car when Huracan EVO RWD can be ordered brand new in a great spec for 20k more.

Racing seats and FAL are impossible to find. But I am finding some really clean CPO examples in the 190-200K range that are very tempting. My preference is silver or blue in either car, so in the F-car world those are not going to command top $ and at the moment are cheaper than a 991.2 RS and similar to a .1 RS. Non-RS GT3 is off the table for me at this point.
