Looks like this 2k mile car failed to break $180k and is now in the Deal Tank

179k would've been a bargain! No PCCBs but otherwise a nice spec - FAL, buckets, manual, bose, extended fuel tank

Merit Partners has the same Albert Blue Touring that was up for auction in May on Instagram for sale again. The car now has 4950 miles vs 4400 when the auction was held. This time they want $270k OBO. The car sold for $240k back in May.

your car hit $180K, that is about a 10K premium / profit for using it for three years...by no means accepting that price equates to "giving it away"
a few months ago you would have been lucky to secure $140K, if I were you, I would take it and walk away
lot of sellers list items for sale and then say "oh I am in no rush to sell this epic car" ...well if you are in no rush or need to sell then just keep it in your garage and dont clutter the market place, just saying!

Inventory is pulling up, and when the 992’s hit the ground will be interesting to see premiums. Touring sales still strong for many reasons vs winged cars not lots of appeal 10k may want to take it and run. As other poster said drove the car 3 years free for a light spec’d car.

Very nice car - but MSRP is only $161K - so how is $179K a bargain? Its a very nice regular manual GT3. Is the market truly much more than $18K over for a soon to be 4 year old car with a new one imminent? I don't have a crystal ball but I think winter and the new one will put a little pressure on prices. We're in a time where supply chains and a dearth of new TT's and GT3's have driven up prices. But Porsche will make more of these things and things will smooth out a little over time.
And it makes a fiery ring
Bound by wild desire
I fell into a ring of fire
I fell into a burning ring of fire
I went down, down, down and the flames went higher
And it burns, burns, burns, the ring of fire
The ring of fire

Race Car
It always strikes me as odd that folks don’t post the DME as part of the listing on manual cars. I guess it requires a trip to the dealer which is a pain.
