The MT6 are commanding higher ADM's than PDK, from my limited observation the spread on asking prices seem to be $10k.

The above posts neglect this dofference

Not my post, all my posted ADMs were for buildable allocations. My ADM ranged between 15 to 25K with one dealership initially asking 30K over for a new GT3 on the lot. I did manage to get him down to 20K including delivery but the car was not specked the way I wanted it.........this is my build, sofas and all........PJJCXJH0

The additional fee is between the two dealers. Shouldn't be something you pay. The $1,050 delivery charge you usually pay goes to the local dealer since they are the one doing the prep.

Yes, it "shouldn't" be something I pay but they could easily pass it on to me. I guess I'll see how it plays out. I did just help them find a buyer for a GT2RS for a $100k adm, so maybe they don't pass it on.

Well what I mean is you're already paying the fee. It just goes to the dealer who receives the car. Would really suck to have to pay it twice...

The $1050 delivery charge on the MSRP does not go to any dealers. It's charged by the regional distributor (PCNA, etc.).

Just going by what the dealer told me. In any event, I would hate to have to pay the courtesy delivery fee...

Just to give a data point for others. I picked up my .2 GT3 (6MT) last week from a dealer near NYC. It was a customer build that became available when the customer backed out. $175k sticker and I paid $10k ADM. Finalized the deal as the car got to the Rhode Island port.

The local dealer i normally work with is small and provides a great buy process and good service. I was #2 on their .2 GT3 list but they only got one allocation. So, even though we got a GT4 and 981 Spyder from them, they suggested I jump on the other dealer's $10k ADM car.

PCNA, hope you're listening. You don't do small dealers any favors with the current setup. I'd much rather support my local dealer. And heck, PCNA even sent me the model GT3 teaser so I figured my build would become a reality. Buggers.

That's expected mostly since MT's is viewed as like a golden ticket to many. The 10K delta isn't set in stone though, as you may be aware. The two examples I showed are real case scenarios where even though advertised for more, in the end the MT one sold 5k more than the PDK one. Depends on the region or local market too and obviously real & ready serious buyers with funds... the dealer had many tire kickers with interest in the car(s) but funding failed or continuous lowballers, etc. according to them.

For sure.... didn't say nor imply it wouldn't. Especially for the garage ornament manual GT3.2 cars.... those will be even more of a premium. Always was and always will be.... I say buy that thing to enjoy it now anyway, regularly.... on the road... on the track. Drive that shyt. But the Porsche GT world nowadays revolves more around PTS fluff and beauty pageants than flogging it on the nearest road course or open roads, unfortunately.

My experience with multiple dealers confirm your observation.

Visited Braman Porsche to see the Sapphire Blue Tourings, both sold.

They do have three GT3s, see below. Contact is Freddy Rhemrev, couldn’t be nicer. Asking $25k over.

I did get to see a sold RY Touring too! I was very interested in seeing the Anodized Aluminum trim because I haven’t made up my mind yet, but the yellow was a Touring Black. The yellow Touring is hot, not for me but very nice. I believe the poeple who ordered bright colored PTS Tourings will be pleased as most are probably going conservative route, and wilder shades on Touring Black seem quite appropriate.
