Might be the same car being solicited here in the midwest by a southeast broker, PTS + WP configurable for $350K ADM, GT2RS.

It isn't a joke if people will pay for it. One buyer and the dealer won. It is a business and it exists to make money. If that was you, would you sell the car for MSRP now or wait a few months and make an extra $350K?

A broker offered me a GT2RS allocation for $175k over about a month ago. No idea if he still has it though.

These are dealers looking to grab cars to flip, the price on the listing is just so it shows on searches or why would they write: "We will pay a significant premium for the right car. "

I'm serious. I have friends who want GT cars, but they themselves know how hard it is to find a dealer with whom you can work with. There are brokers out there convincing prospective buyers that such and such GT cars will be collectors. They will say everything and anything under the sun just to make you believe it is okay to pay GARGANTUAN ADM. I'm sure you have a few out there in Cali.

Porsche of West Broward has a used White manual $195k MSRP.

Snotty as **** sales guy proudly told me today they'd take $30k over. LOL

I called them on one and they never returned my call. Was able to order one from West Palm Beach. They were helpful and polite.

Here is the allocations I was offered, and the prices; chose the Texas allocation.

A dealership in California 25K over and I pay enclosed carry to Texas ~2K. (27K)
A dealership in Florida 15K over MSRP but I pay enclosed carry (~2K) and the build month would be November with delivery in January/February time frame.(17K)
A dealership in Texas 20K (negotiated down 5K) over MSRP and 20 minutes from my house September build October/November delivery. (20K)
