Would my car sell better with or without the light mods. Just looking for opinions. Not selling just curious on the market. Spoilers, rims, air ducks, rear vinyl. I like the look but others might not. Would you return to stock if selling?

100% take off all those mods & you get more $$, maybe leave the wheels and brake ducts thats about it!
I don't think mods add more to the value of the car that the cost of those mods. And the car that sells the fastest has the broadest market - ie, stock. but some mods have more appeal than others, so they have a better return on their investment than others.
for example - a set of BBS E88's will be attractive to a broader audience on the car than a set of Rotiform or other brand wheel. KW dampers will have more appeal than a japanese brand. Recaro Pole Positions have a decent appeal. None of these increase the value of the car more than they cost to buy retail, but they do ad value in most cases I think...

Stock will sell more broadly in general, but there are certain light mods that signal to buyers that the car had passed through the ownership of an enthusiast. These cars sell to enthusiasts and they command a premium. Look at the cars Tarek has sold as example.
Your car falls in this category.
Yet another category is hot rod builds. Those can be valued much higher or lower based on the quality of the build and the reputation of the shops or mechanics they built them. There is a much higher tolerance for departure from stock here.
One caveat for all of these modded cars is that appearance mods are very personal and generally do not age well as trends come and go. While your car is (in my opinion) beautiful, its appearance is polarizing. Body matched powder coated wheels are not trendy. The treatment of the rear reflector looks very 90s. The RS wing is not on trend for the rest of the car. I would change wheels to a more conventional color, swap reflector to stock and put a duck tail on there.
I have to agree with others although the correct performance mods will bring more but how much is dependent on what was done and or if the original parts were retained.
A friend of mine sold his black low mile 993TT on BaT a while back and he had black painted wheels to match the car in the photos. I would guess it hurt the sale by $20k although it makes no sense why.
It wasn't that long ago a heavily modded car would be priced at the value of the car stock minus the upgrades. Now it is hit or miss. Make sure all the mechanicals are up to speed with good records and if you have the stock parts all the better. If not collecting them as time goes and values increase on parts now is the time.
All of my cars are modded to some degree although I retained all my original parts. I don't plan to sell but I said that about my 74 IROC tribute and after 19 years of ownership I sold. The day will come you want to move on and having all the original goodies will be to your benefit.
Sounds more like a high 20's to low 30's,
base CAB ??? Reseal and clutch + 8k, 94 + 4K, starring wheel -$200 lol, Black on Black + $2500, 500 miles in 18 months should not be a problem as long as not just all on one day.and oil change prior to storage,
964Cab are still 964"s and fun to drive.
Just my .02 from my chair, Best luck with your purchase.
he wants 27... are 964 really sloppy and wiggly to drive, missing the top?...
mod vs no mod
it really depends on the buyer
sometimes I would literally pay 2x mkt value for a virgin then I will mod it
sometimes I would buy one that's already modded
every cars has a buyer
if you want an average car, u can quickly figure out avg mkt priced by hitting the usual sites.
it's the unique cars that cannot be priced.
how much would you pay for a 1,000 mile 964?
how much would you pay for a 50k mile 964 with 70% of the 964RS parts correctly installed?

Spot on. There's an RSR replica thread on here where he took an already modified C4 slicktop and stripped it to nothing and rebuilt it. It's amazing and pretty much my favorite 964. Would pay good money for that car.

If your talking true clones or almost all the way there, now were talking a different story. Assuming all original parts were used. A good clone done to the highest standards and accuracy IMO can fetch upwards of 30 to 40% of the real McCoy these days.
I've said it earlier in this thread I'll say it again. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM RMC. PM me if you want to hear a ****ty first hand story.
They're dreaming if they think they'll get anywhere near that selling price for that junkyard Targa. So sad to see how some people just don't care about cars..how do you let a car like that deteriorate so much?. Probably bought it for $15K those guys and want to flip it for $40K. Yea OK! Good luck!
