You might have more in but you're lucky to get 50 cents to $1 for mods when it comes time to sell.

Agree with this. We all know how much it can cost to modify and restore these cars, but the reality is that no matter how much money you put in a standard 964 C2 it will never be worth $118k in today's market. Why would anyone buy this car over an RSA? Or why wouldn't you spend $50-$60k on a clean C2 leaving yourself a healthy $60k budget to personalize your own car? There are simply too many options out there in the $120k range to make this car even an option in my mind. I think even at $80k it might sit a while. It is a beautiful car and tastefully modded. Can't take that away from it.

man I absolutely love that interior. reminds me of my '12 CTT with Espresso on top, and Cognac on the bottom. Love it, Love it.

To each his own tastes I guess.

Don't care for the headlights though.

I spoke with the owner "Dieter Szurowski" and he would not allow the car to be moved to TRE which is right nearby for a PPI.
Anyone know anything about this car?

I talked with a guy that went to look at it and his take on it was way rougher than advertised. At that price and not let you take it to Dave for a PPI then I would pass. Must be a reason it has been around for a while.....

That price could be justified if the car was build to euro RS standards, or had an exotic 3.8/4.0 with regear, etc but with kW v3, mono ***** and a reupholstered interior, agree no chance

Gotta be something wrong with it. That same listing was posted about 3-4 months ago. If it was really in that good of shape it would be long gone.

an owner saying 'no PPI' is just about the biggest, waving red flag there is in overall warning signs. worse than seeing a stream of oil coming from the car with a heavy metallic sheen to it.

time to move on. let him keep it.
