Great news. Every car has its buyer.

Now if you avoid looking at the pricetag

this looks to be in fabulous condition slightly unusual colour scheme in the interior.

If you want a Cab then looks like a well sorted one with both engine rebuild & body respray not too mention a cool interior.

I think this is a car a friend looked at and got it PPId. Checked out rather well from memory but he decided in favour of another car.

I love the colour combo on this cab at Gmund.

Was this a special edition? I'd love a Targa in these colours.

Default J81 JKR

Does anyone know who bought my car last week, as sold by Hendon Way Motors?

91 C2 Tip, Reg number J81 JKR

Very keen to get in touch with new owner, see my previous thread posted this evening for details.

Thanks

If that's not a scam or cat D it is an absolute bargain. Looking at the PCGB/964 registry stickers in the windscreen I'm surprised this is £20k and not nearer to £30k

The car does look familiar especially with the new steering wheel???

I don't know that car, but maybe 10K under priced = needing 10K rebuild? If not then it certainly seems cheap!

Thought I would be enjoying a pint tonight on my first night in my new home, but my move to London has been delayed two days by the weather here in Chicago. As usual, I've been car shopping to kill time while I'm stuck in the hotel with my dogs. Would really like to find something during the month of February as I will be home for the entire month and that would make it easier to complete a transaction.

A dealer, eporsch, seems to have a few potentials. Neither is exactly what I'm looking for but both appear to be nice examples at a competitive price point. Wondering if any of you have had any experiences with the dealer good or bad or have any knowledge of the particular cars. I did see a few mentions of the Targa in this thread but no opinions on the car or dealer. Thanks for the help

Hi Fella,

Be sure to join us on our next Drive & Lunch on the 1st of March.

Roly at ePorsch is good egg and has sold several cars to the L9O, buy with confidence. Budget willing, I'd be looking at this one were I in the market: http://www.pistonheads.com/classifie...eplica/2970555

You'll be spending a lot more if you plan to do that kind of work yourself...
