GREAT UK 964s FS... Which one would you take home?

Agree with all the above. It's also worth mentioning we're now heading towards winter, the market will naturally slow down.
The more interesting question is when will they properly plateau? What is the highest figure they will rise to before they plateau properly?
Judging on comparable desirable 911s, it's natural for them to keep rising with RS values...
I.E. If (theoretically) 964RS values one day reach 300k what will a coupe 964 be worth?

The 964's that arnt selling, like e eporsch even ones, I think you'll find are not as tidy as you might think. Rust bubbles, thick paint. Etc etc
Nice well cared for 964's and 993 's are getting harder and harder to find. A lot of the stuff for sale is average.
Ive looked at a lot recently ..... The good cars are either selling without being advertised or the owners thinking about selling, then just can't go through with it. Had 2 nice ones offered the are now staying with their owners .
It's going the same way as pre 73 Porsche .... You tend to find the good stuff is in long term ownership or gets sold without being advertised

Although the dealers have some 964 in stock, there is a good number that I know are selling under the radar or before being entered into dealer stock levels. Agree the ones hanging around probably need some tlc to make them A1, which buyers expect for top money.
The other element is we have seen prices creep up and up on all older models, the recent meteoric rise of G series does mean althought the 964 has increased it seems obvious that they will indeed continue to climb in the next sales season Q2 2015.
Just enjoy the cars, before they get to be too expensive and you have to think enjoyment v the value of your asset before taking them out for a spin.
As a lot of RS owners I know have now done - cashed in, sold up and bought a nice 964 - myself included!
That's my two penneth worth!

As for the mileage - by the sound of it most on here are only putting in 3-4000 miles per year which translates to 15,000 miles over 5 years. that would not even put a dent on the price unless it was breaching a perceived psychological marker i.e. 50k, 100k, 150k, 200k .....

Yes finally found one that felt right for me back in August. Unfortunately I am away most of Autumn & winter due to work so won't be able to meet up with the 964 crowd till March. Its a 90 C2 with 80k, slate grey, linen interior, grey carpets, replica cup wheels, cup mirrors, club sport s/wheel, new tyres, brakes & engine re-seal. Not sure if its going to be a garage **** or a track queen.
