Tuthills have built some great engines using Jenvey throttle bodies that look pretty close… and CPR Classic have a beautiful slate grey 912 on their site...

You got any more pics of the 3.2? Assume you know about http://www.impactbumpers.com forum ?
Thanks! I've looked a little at impactbumpers but time for a revisit perhaps. I'll try posting some pics of the 3.2 there. One here for now, 80k miles but lovely condition...

Love the red interior. As a kid growing up and fantasizing about owning a Porsche one day, I always pictured my car to be black with red interior. Love that combo. So congrats to you for fulfilling my dreams! Maybe one day, I'll own a 964 or 993 in that color combo. For now, I'll just enjoy my Arrow Blue with black interior. Cheers!

Thanks. Maybe the grass is always greener - I love Arrow Blue!

Cheers.

Yes finally found one that felt right for me back in August. Unfortunately I am away most of Autumn & winter due to work so won't be able to meet up with the 964 crowd till March. Its a 90 C2 with 80k, slate grey, linen interior, grey carpets, replica cup wheels, cup mirrors, club sport s/wheel, new tyres, brakes & engine re-seal. Not sure if its going to be a garage **** or a track queen.

Aha bought from RPM... nice car that. I saw it being prepped just before you collected it :-) I very very nearly bought it last year before i bought the one i have now. But while waiting for it to come to the market i found my GR Coupe and jumped on that. Enjoy!

Ah this is one of my fave 964s. A pal looked at it earlier this year... and I don't recall why he didn't grab it with both hands. It is a beaut!!

Its amazing that almost every C2 & RS is known to the forum - is there a UK registry? If not we should start a 964 registry.

BTW you (jcx) & Clinchy are the first ones to help we figure out the maze (964) back in June over in 911uk when I got series with my search so I owe you both a pint when I see you.

There have been registers before, but maybe it's time to renew. Hmmm

Martin Lawrence operates the RS database which has over 1,000 of the cars worldwide recorded

By the look of it its only RS and non user accessible (ie no data feedback) or am I missing something?

We have started 3 registers over in the 991 forum for the 50th, two of which are rennlist specific and I am running a worldwide one with close to 400 cars with some sales estimates and we are all pretty much non-active folks in that forum.

I think as enthusiasts we pay very close attention to all 964s we come across. They are truly a thing of beauty.

As for the beer, thanks M! It would be criminal of me, being a Yorkshireman, to refuse a free beer
