@Ecosse911 @964TURBOCHAS Funny, I have my own black RSA in the Bay Area. Maybe they are a dime a dozen. I’ve been paying attention to mine lately. At least it’s clean!
I just put on new shocks, springs and tires. Skyline, here I come!

Nice looking Cup USA with 35k miles. This is the 24th Andial car. Car was converted back to full race spec at ~15k miles by an independent shop and and was used as a track car up until ~34k miles. It was never raced competitively as far as I could find out. Was converted back to street spec ~1k miles ago. No affiliation with this car.

I have to agree the price is a bit high for the miles and it is missing the all important dash plaque. I would buy the one of 4 parts cars which is a more rare example with less miles for less money.

Prices hotting up in the UK. This one for £90k was nothing special.

Seems really well bought. Nice respray on low mile car in great colors, sports seats, PCMM, etc. I guess the only question is why did it need paint and redyeing?

I see it has a late decklid catch so likely had bodywork.

1994 speedster buying help
I am looking at a 1994 Porsche speedster, mint condition with 30k miles on the car. 100% original.
If I spend $120k, am I overpaying for the car? I cant find one online under $180k that is for sale, not sold.
This will be my first Porsche purchase. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Details on this matter a lot, such as a clean carfax. If you can post details on the car that will help us advise.

Clean carfax. It is the third owner. My grandpa has owned it for 20 years at this point.
The only thing that is slightly funky is that when my grandpa pulls the Vin, it comes back with a "possible roll back notice". Nothing is conclusive and I am not sure how that even happens.
He never even knew about this until recently cause he paid all cash. If you do the calculation based on possible roll back the max it could have is 50k miles, but likely its 30k.
He purchased it off a friend who owned a porsche dealership.
When he purchase it 20 years ago the title shows 20,300 miles and the speedometer currently shows 30k miles.
I am not sure how to clear this up or if you even can.
Anyway I know the car is rare and is in phenomenal shape.
I have attached pictures.

As long as everything checks out, it’s probably a good price. The one let down is it’s a tiptronic. I actually think that may be quite rare in a speedster but it’ll affect resale value greatly.

It’s still a great car and I like the tiptronic a lot (I have one in my cab), it just affects resale value. I’m sure lots of people would trade a manual c2 for a speedster tip.

I'm pretty sure it should have the Recaro sport buckets with red backs since it has the other red accents or maybe red piping at least? They are expensive to replace if that's the case and would also affect resale value.
