I get the one 1/4 point just like my turbo is 1/2 in the world with black interior and 1/3 in cobalt in the US. But we are talking RS and turbo 3.3 money. Sorry to say but if you are buying a collector car 100k miles won't cut it IMO 1/4 or not in this economy maybe in 6 months or so. There are some nice US spec cup cars for the similar money and it is a superior car in every respect but only in white.

I do find it interesting that they are holding back on the 3.6T valuations. I guess they aren't sure after their comments about the 3.6T not being rare enough. I don't want to say anything about the cobalt blue car but I have videos and pics of the car from 20 years ago and i find it odd knowing the seller that the front hood crest is incorrect with such low miles. One of just 2 spec'd this way in the world. Although I don't have a full leather dash but I probably have one of the first exclusive CF dash handbrake and shifter ****. The white car has some ?? Almost the same vin as mine. The wheels appear to have been refinished and valve stems incorrectly aligned on some of the wheels. It appears that the etchings are missing as well but hard to see. The vin tag on the rear deck lid is in the wrong location but I am assuming it was that way from day 1.

I guess we will see what the market says about color and the model itself. Still one of the rarest std production air-cooled and the rarest turbo air-cooled made.
The red RSR was sold at Gooding in Monterey a couple years ago. Remember seeing it there and was a beautiful car. My ultimate 964 however would be a RS 3.8 street car.

I think it was someone from RM that said the 3.6 Turbo was overvalued as they made too many. Even if you count in every iteration 3.6T (“package” cars, Flachbau, etc.) production numbers are about the same as the ‘73 2.7 RS. Should be interesting to see what these two 3.6’s do. I’d take your cobalt over this RoW car any day of the week. Am interested to see what the USA Cup car does. Difficult to put a number on one of these. Noted a few things with it, but think it’s still a very nice car.

1580 for the 73 RS and 1407 for the 3.6T including all the S models. I am hoping to see more interest in the Cup's as well. I think they are still misunderstood and completely undervalued for a clean example.

Not a lot of cars left that have virtually remained unmolested. I have seen at least 7 of the 16 port cars have been cut up and converted at some point whether it was by Andial or someone else. So that leaves 9 port cars or 13 including the part cars (only thing Andial really did to these was dyno and seal engines) which have remained virtually unmolested from factory.

I upgraded the hood crest to a 993 crest on my Cobalt 964 20+ years ago simply because I liked it better, kept the original crest. Hood itself is still original with original paint, just saying

The point being is the car is being sold as an all original low mile example. The crest is not original and you can easily buy new ones today that would be correct. I have a silver one on my turbo with the original one in a box.

Best pic I have.

Couple 964’s that are currently for sale.

Non-sunroof Black ‘93 RSA showing 15k miles and appears to have at least 2 options (radio and A/C). Can’t tell if it has LSD. Looks pretty much completely stock except the brakes which look like RS 3.8 spec. Price is $255k.

Amethyst/black ‘94 C2 Cabriolet showing 83k miles. Price is $80k.

GP White/black ‘92 C2. Shows 23k miles and has sport seats. Says it’s a Canadian market example, but has a MPH speedo. Not sure if Canadian car originally came with this or was switched out from a KPH speedo. Also description says it was originally optioned with Cup 1’s, but COA doesn’t say so. COA maybe wrong and wouldn’t the first time. However can’t see the options sticker underneath the hood. Looks like a nice car and saw it at EPE getting worked on when I took in my cars in for service a few weeks ago.

AT least the CUps are the correct size and they don't reference XD4 either so I am assuming possibly dealer added. Nice looking example. Do you have a price? I suspect it will be up there.

I don’t unfortunately. Know it was listed with a private seller earlier this year for $170k.
