Believe me, I looked at every option I could think of to not have two belts, but unless I went to electric water pump there is no choice but run two belts. Maybe someday the alum block 07K with single belt path will become affordable....

I might go electric WP and single belt for my widebody build. Manual steering and no AC anyway

That is a very clean, accessible looking engine bay compared to a 951. Looking forward to seeing the results.

What fitting did you find to fit the valve cover breather port without hitting the head?

FWIW there is about 2" of hood space on the engine side above that firewall gasket due to the shape of the hood. that oil cap likely has a lot of clearance.

Cant wait to see the Dyno Results! Im giving serious consideration to buying 2 Wrecked RS3's, Fix one, and that will be the DD .. and the other steal the engine and drop into a 44... I guess we will see, Still just a casual observer at this point..

Unfortunately those engines do not work with these swap parts. I’m not sure what all would have to be modified?

Bellhousing is the same from the original EA855 to the EVO engine. Driver side engine mount is likely different, as the coolant/oil system appears to have changed on the aluminum block. Simple quick check before going too far is fitment - with Audi Valvelift on the top of the exhaust cam the EVO engine is quite a bit taller.
