LOL. Yes. You guys figured me out. Im an sexual animal
Anyways,... im passing on that car! The owner is real shady. Claiming the car has stuff that it doesnt. 300# springs when they are only 200's. No coilovers so no "all round". No larger brakes. No cross drilled rotors. The car is a mess! TOTALLY NOT worth 3800. I would pay anything more than 2000 at the most. Seriously. So im going ot keep looking.
And yes Lart,... I have 2 years before the world ends to finish this

http://southjersey.craigslist.org/cto/1764212267.html
Im thinking no more than 5000? Is that to much? Its a non running NA. It is pretty but as said its a non running NA.
what would you pay?

What do you guys think? How much would you pay for this one? Of the two which you buy?

Dude, you do know that the brakes, suspension etc., is more stout on the 951 to accomadate the additional power, right?
Why are you trying to cram a 951 guts into a 944 chassis?
Find a body without a motor. etc. like one of the 6 that guy posted, or take yours to the junk yard and get out of the Porsche biz.

Yes I know. Depending on what I get, I will upgrade the suspension. The track I posted is more than what a 951 has. The other busted NA is not but I can probably get it really cheap. I can then upgrade the suspension evrything to accomodate my engine.
No mater what I get,... in the end it will all be the same. The only difference being whether I install the upgrades or if the car already has them.
Of the two,... which would you go for?

Nuthin mean about it. Your potential choices are a bit bizarre. What are your intentions?
If you want a 951, move your engine into the shell that guy had for sale. It even comes as an S. Why are you looking at 944 NA chassis too accomodate your 951 internals?
It doesn't make any sense. I'm not saying you don't have a good reason. I'm saying I have no idea, whatsoever what you're thinking. It makes it hard to offer help and counsel.
As far as the two you posted, the race car "could" be a decent daily driver, BUT he didn't win all of those racers in a grocery getter. That car is a race car! A dime will get you a benjamin that the car will rattle your teeth out on a New Jersey road. Is that okay? I don't know. You haven't really made you intentions clear.

A bit of both. I have a 4x4 I drive around a lot. So technically it wont be my daily driver but I will be driving it alot because I love driving this car.
What are you thinking? I liek the raced out car because it has everything done already. Save me time. Not bad for 7000.
The other one is kind of nice too. Only has a new sachs clutch and a lighter flywheel. the flywheel I cant even use with my engine. But im pretty sure I can get it real cheap.
