Argh. 100's of NA's and only a handful of 51's. A lot of them are over priced in my opinion too. Seriously. I found a few that were priced ok but either no reply yet or they look like crap. One of them was hit, left rear, by a guard rail at the track. The owner says the repair was well done. I dont know if I trust it though. Another we all saw looked to have damage right from the pic.

If I had no choice,... would using an NA be a good idea? Would it be any harder to move my stuff over to it than if I got a 51? When it comes to strength,... both chassis are the same or the 51 chassis is stiffer? I plan on replacing all wires, hoses, and stuff of that nature. The nose on my car is in good shape so I have that. I would just need the rear valance to complete the look right?

The NA's are sure as hell a lot cheaper too. That would leave me with more money to modify. What do you guys think?

Check the N/A board, there's a link to a cheap S2 cab.

Well I dont really want to sell my car. I want to keep it. This is why I have been fighting to keep it. The only thing I want to know is whether or not the NA chassis is less stiffer/ rigid than a 51 chassis. I plan on removing all the NA body features replacing them with the 51 features. So really no one would ever know anyways.

Charles call Ken at PADDOCK 148 MAPLE AVE HAVERSTRAW N.Y. 10927 845-709-5935. I bought a turbo from him, and he had a 89 Turbo S rolling shell with interior for sale. I think he was asking $1000 for the shell, but probably he'll get the price down. Good luck.

85.5+ NA chassis is identical to 86-88 951....88S and 89/90/91 951s had slightly different chassis

Yeahh. I was there 6 months ago. He actually had the 3.0 block and 2.7 head but I was buying a house and couldn't waste any money.

I found a possible good 951. Lots of extras, autopower rollcage, koni adjustables all the way aroundbrand new stage2 clutch lightened flywheel, no scratches dings and dents to be found, 5 point harness seat belts and mom racing seats the list goes on. engine doesnt turn over. Asking 4000. Lives a couple of hundred miles away. im wondering if I could rent a trailer and tow it with a jeep liberty 3.6L V6? Sent him an emal. The date on this listing is 2010-05-04. im assuming thats may?

Ok thanks V2Rocket. So,... how many of you lowered a tranny with a regular car jack? I have a feeling I know what you all are going to say. Do I really need a tranny jack to do this?
