Mine has been in the construction phase for a while. Donor block is an S2 block:

Block adapted for 8v head (water course)
Darton Mid Sleeves
JE Pistons (ceramic coated on top teflon on skirts)
Knife edged crank
Carillo rods
SFR Stage 2 exhaust system
GT 30R turbo (probably not enough but we shall see)
Some valve work
Jon Milledge cam with race springs for the valves
3-in exhaust w/ muffler delete
Motec

What is everyone doing for intakes? Right now I am using a stock 951, what after market options other than Hayward?

I am looking for a set of 968 or S2 pistons and pins. If you have upgraded and have a stock set lying around, I'll pay $100 shipped to 29907. I had a set for $80 shipped, but the deal fell apart.
