Blew a light bulb in the tail-light with torrential thunderstorms. Minor hatch leak woke the 8 year old from a nap
Put another 100 miles on my recent TB/WP replacement

Well they say things happen in three,s, that,s certainly true for me. First off two weeks ago the tank sender did,nt send anymore, fixed that !,.. broken wire in sender
Secondly, the dreaded door handle scenario, were the inner handle snaps and wont let you in,.. fixed that !
Thirdly and hope it,s the last for some time, the odometer decided it does,nt want to work anymore !!!!!! arrgh so it,s out with the binnacle.

PSD flush or more like fluid renewal. The reservoir was very low. There may be a leak but time will tell. Everything was VERY servicable but the PSD Slave bleeder was a PITA.
Big thanks to my junior mechanics (each earned their $2/hr mechanic helper rate ) who worked the key in the ignition, the jumper wire on the battery, brought many tools to their dad (even though the write up tells you what you need :|) and managed to only say they were hungry once or twice
Time to complete - 2.5 hours, Muffled obscenities from the adult - 4, Inquiries from kids about what I muffled - 3, Making kids part of the mechanical crew - priceless

Removed 4 or 5 miles of after market car stereo and speaker wires. Many sins committed by some PO. I toned out the Factory wires and speakers so I can drop in a non-ghetto radio at some point.
Also, removed the original Baupunkt AMP that I'll gladly send to anyone who needs it. I have no idea if it works but I suspect it does as it looks like new. Send me a PM if you want the Blaupunkt.

Pulled the passenger side cam cover to install the updated last galley block off pins, oil check valve plug o-ring, and re-seal the entire cover gasket and spark tube gaskets with Hondabond. No more oily spark plugs for me. Should have done it the first time a year ago, but was ignorant of the sealing issues from flaking coatings. Should be good to go for a long while.

Started TB, WP replacement and Tensioner rebuild, grease cake cleaning and general front motor check. Found the rubber boot on the tensioner was completely shot and mostly missing, TB was fairly loose after about 300 miles ( conti belt ) since last check. Replacing power steering hoses they seem kind of hard but not cracked. Hope to have her back together by the weekend. That should get all the unknown items to current.

Today I had to R&R the flywheel.
I had forgot to mount the starter bracket before installing the flywheel and before putting the engine in the car
So, with the bell housing bolts removed, push down on the front of the engine to create a gap at the top.
Pry it open at the top and insert a wire brush handle
Dont put it in to far that it interferes with the flywheel
Jack up on the front of the engine to widen the gap at the bottom
Reinstall the flywheel and If you bought the Mac tools triple square.
And the 3/8 snap-on Torque wrench (good to 75 lbs/ft) there is lots of room to torque the bolts
Made a bracket out of 1.5 in X 1/8 flat aluminum for the new adjustable fuel regulator and attached it to the left shock tower bolt, and thats it for my day
