Rear brake work that I've been needing to get done since June, but have had to wait as my student-slash-veteran budget (when not *in* school) really isn't much!

So... For the rear:
* EBC Red Stuff
* New Zimmerman slotted & dimpled rotors

Will be doing same/similar to front when needed.

Wanted to install new Goodridge brake lines x4 but shop said the new rear lines wouldn't fit so I will look into the part I have, what I ordered and where it came from as I'm not entirely sure after so much time!

Finally took her out yesterday on a road trip.
My first road trip with her. I was impressed how well she rides on the open road. Had fun on a 250 mile round trip.
I think I will drive her on nice days until the salt trucks come out.

Today I discovered that the low fuel warning light actually works. guage was below the orange bar when it lit up.
I was always afraid to let it get that low, but I put it up on empty last time I drove it, I was just 2 miles from the gas station when it lit up. At least now I don't need to R&R the sending unit.

One of several little jobs before the BIG MM and OPG job. I like to put the bolts back in their original holes (after cleaning the bolts and holes well, and applying blue loctite.

Started MM & OPG job today. Removed battery, dropped the sway bar, removed oil filter and drained oil (letting it drip overnight), loosened wiring harness going to starter, and sprayed Blaster on nuts and bolts on the horizon.

Had my bro-in-law over to help push the 89' further back in the garage
to make space for the new CB 1100.
The tension light flickered on at 118mmph (approx.),re-tension due anyone know of a 928 wrench in western Pennsylvania that I might entice with stacks of Andy Jackson's and a all expense paid weekend getaway to scenic Oil City, PA
The Weissach needs some work too.

I thought Stan was staying in Texas or something for a while. Or do I have that reversed?

Stan fixed all he could on his Texas vacation. Now he is back to snowy PA enjoying the weather.

Wrong end of PA. Stan's down by Philly. Oil City is about as far from Philly as you can get while staying in PA. And that's a pretty long way.

Default Engine cleaning

First cleaning pass completed. (7 cans of carb cleaner and about 8 hours of labor)

Still have a couple more cleaning shifts and case of carb cleaner to go.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
