I finally installed the 26.7mm front sway bar with all new bushings. I also installed the Lindsey Racing 5-way 19mm rear sway bar with new bushings and spherical drop links. This will be the first time I've driven the car with a rear bar. I have a SoloII test and tune on Sunday. I'm looking forward to flatter cornering, and running proper air pressure in the rear 255's.
Coming from a 21.5mm front bar and no rear bar, this is going to take a few driver mods!

Installed Euro Fogs and clear turn signal lenses.
I'm still waiting on my 968 mirrors and door handles to come back from paint.
I have lots of stuff to do, but can not get motivated to start because it's so damn cold.
Stuff on the list:
Install passenger side 968 door panel and infinity component speakers.
install rebuilt power steering rack, control arms, struts and Welt springs.
Swap out the dash for a nice crack free dash (old one looks like the grand canyon).
Install Sparco Steering wheel.
Replace Aux water pump.
Install Turbo S front sway bar and new bushings.
Remove old stone guards and install new ones.
Finish painting AIR Splitter and install
it sucks looking at all this pile of parts. Just need few warm days.

I installed a new fuel pump, two speed/reference sensors, and a cat test pipe...burned off two year old gas and got yelled at by the wife for stinking up the garage...to which I exclaimed, "this is my part of the house, isn't there laundry to do!" She smiled and asked for a ride in the car.

Put 3m 5430 squeak reduction tape around the aperture of the sunroof to see whether that will eliminate the occasional creak I get from the sunroof going over low speed bumps, speed bumps, driveways, etc.

I changed both of the weatherstrip seals a few weeks back and that seemed to eliminate the creaking.

Worked on pulling the turbo to fix oil leaks. Soaking the downpipe nuts in PB Blaster overnight and had to get a 15mm wrench so that I can finish tomorrow.

Started my dash swap.
Pulled the old dash out in 2.5 hours. Very straight forward.
I'm a little cold now. It's only 42 in the garage today:-)
hopefully I can get the new one in sometime tomarrow.

Today I replaced some hardware underhood with freshly re-zinc'd replacements (thanks JoshB). Also put on a new driver side seatbelt buckle and figured out that the short e-brake cable is broken.
