Whoops, looks like i need to update my signature. I previously had a Zeitronix but it crapped out on me. The one in my picture is a APSX wide band http://www.wide-band.com/product-p/apsx_d2n.htm , cheap and easy to setup. It used the same wideband sensor as the Zeitronix, Bosch LSU4.2 (part# 17014).

After a long engine rebuild, I finally got my engine bolted back into the bay. Of course I forgot my engine cooler heat shield, lol.

Things should hopefully be downhill from here. I've already rebuilt my power steering pump and rack, I'm mostly waiting on some new tie rod ends. If all goes well, it'll be driveable by Thanksgiving.

More plating. Fine tuning the prep work, for a matte finish versus a traditional shiny finish. Bottom part is a crank bolt

It's overall not that bad, the worst part is the prep work and having buckets of different chemical baths sitting around. Mine are on the balcony and my neighbors probably think I'm cooking meth or something.

Just get a DC power supply that's rated to whatever amperage you need. For small parts you don't more than 1A (voltage doesn't matter, only current). There are formulas online to calculate how much current you need for something based on it's surface area but I just eyeball it based on past results. The rest of the supplies are things you can get locally, except the yellow chromate which is online.

(Technicaly it was yesterday)

I finally got my $100 farm find up in the air again after neglecting it for about 5 months while the summer heat did its best to eradicate all life in my county. I just got part of the timing cover off and some of the front end crap out of the way, pulled the plugs, and turned the engine over to TDC.

I discovered someone's house in the air filter. That got changed, too.
