Hi - What clutch are you going with?
I fitted a new clutch and added this semi solid mount and the clutch judder was horrendous when decelerating. Had to replace with an OEM mount and worked a treat

Changed the oil for the first time since the engine rebuild. Had about 750 miles on the standard 10W-30 I used to break it in. Filled it up with some fresh Mobil 1 15W-50 and a Mahle oil filter.
Also realized my fan switch went bad. It literally went bad as I pulled into the shop today. Turned the car off and after a few seconds the fans turned off. Then a few seconds later they turned back on and proceeded to not turn off again unless I unplugged the switch or the fan relay. Did the Clark’s Garage test on the relay to confirm it was good and everything checked out. Already ordered a new Porsche fan switch since it was on sale thru ECS Tuning.
Oh yeah, also replaced the starter since the solenoid on my 32 year old starter was starting to stick and not sound so good.

Stripped my wiring harness down to just the wires and wrapped it with Tesa tape. This is a custom harness for my Megasquirt engine management setup, I had originally used black plastic corrugated tubing on it.

'88, 98k miles, interesting mods. Intention is to flip it. Needs clutch master/slave cyl, and random bits.
Also it came with a "free" 1991 Toyota MR2 Turbo. Or the MR2 came with a 944 free. Depends how you look at it.

Replaced the broken odometer gear, and fixed the broken center vent while I was at it. Took a quick illegal spin around the block (no plates or insurance....shhhhh!!), only half the dash was working, no tach, speedo, or odometer. Found the not quite connected connector on the back of the dash cluster, took another spin.
Success!

I spent 2/12 hours of underbelly scrubbing..Last quadrant of the floor pans..does anybody have knowledge as to what kind of beige undercoating, rubbery stuff that Porsche used on the belly of the cars? I was looking at a SEMS chart today, they have a two part epoxy for underbelly seam sealer rubbery stuff that's beige...seems like it should work, but I would rather go with the original if possible..What a dirty crappy job..I use a steamer, purple power in a spray bottle, and a garden sprayer for flushing off after the soapings and steamings. I do each quadrant 3 times...Passenger side front was the worst. PO's had let oil stream back from the engine bay and totally cover the passenger side floorpans. Now to repair the undercoating as I replace all the sound deadening material in the TT tunnel, and start to work on putting in the new fuel and brake lines...YAY upward progress is being made!!

Finished changing the master/slave cylinders and bleeding the clutch on the '88. Put it back together, threw in a new battery, and attempted to start it for the first time.
And it doesn't start, because why would it.
Now the fun really begins. Could be anything from bad old gas to something major, I have no idea yet.
