Veronique from Jager Eng just confirmed my new set is in fabrication.
I have to say again these people are very kind and helpful, no arguments she immediately admitted the fault apologized and started the proses to rectify it.

I decided to delete the clock and cig lighter. To my opinion both items dates the car and make the dash look to busy. I never use the lighter and the radio does have a clock. I did fit a lighter socket under the dash while working on the wiring for the radio and other stuff in the car so if really necessary there is an option available.

Its just a lighter socket hanging from a wire underneath the dash really nothing to see

It cost a lot less than you might think, shipping was the worst since I'm so far from all the nice shops. In some cases the shipping was even more than the actual parts.

I received my 968 Doorhandles today so I promptly took it in for painting with the Euro mirrors.

I also had to take the silver car in since my wife backed her X5 into it this morning but thats a whole different story.

Any chance you could go into detail on your stereo/nav system. You have exactly what I want. Thanks

Pleasure:
Panasonic
Head-unit CQ-VD6505N
I-pod - CA-DC300N
BT - CY-BT100N
Hub - CY-EM100N
GPS - Garmin GVN53 (Still waiting for stock) This unit comes with its own radio frequency remote so it can work on any system or screen!

The system is great
Looks very nice
Sound quality great
Does step in at bottom half making it easier to fit

But I'm not sure I'll choose it again the shortcomings are:
No BT control from head unit.
Background not customizable
Can not handle Jpeg
No USB or card reader.
No video on i-pod BUT apparently there is a different adapter which does it, I'm currently trying to exchange my adapter.

Have a look at JVC KW-ACX800 I think it might be better.

Busy with step 2 in Maguire's 3 step polish and wax proses. I did step 1 myself but then decided its easier to pay Alfred and have it done under close supervision.

As you can see in the pic the clear indicators has been fitted in the mean time.

The Euro mirrors and 968 door handles just came back from painting so its time to fit. I must say that the tool in the pic (as per Keith Foster http://www.951motorsports.com/ ) made striping and rebuilding the mirrors real easy.

Johan... Love the shine... I'm going to have to go down the same path with my red 968.... You are probably going to end up with one of the best cabs in the country (SA).. if not on the list.

Also, now that my 944s2 is comming back, I have to buy new mirrors and lenses

Shame about the mirrors and lences I bet you wish you sold it to a nicer guy that might give it back.

As you can see unfortunately I've already painted the mirrors, the lenses was not for myself since I've already ordered mine when I got those from you so I passed it on to another guy.

By the way as you can see I took the plunge and bought the polishing mashine so talk to me when the time come to do yours , I'm sure I will not use it every day of the year, you can even bring it here for a small fee since Alfred know how to do the three step proses now.

Here's some more pic's to show the difference, LH-side Euro, RH-side Flag.
In the polishing proses step 2 of the 3-step proses has just been completed.
