Done!!! That worked great. I am uploading a backup now to the mibsolution.one website. One other question, is there a newer version of NAR Maps for this? Can I just extract a NAR map pack to the root of a flash card, insert it and update maps through the PCM? Thanks for all your help with creating this. Probably the coolest use of knowledge I've seen since...[checks notes] ever.

Congrats. Why are you uploading your backup? You should not upload it there. If you read above, you can find the latest map either on MIB solutions or Mega. Which map did you have preloaded?

Oh, I got a message during install to "help others out", upload the backup. I must have misunderstood something. Should I delete it? I don't see a method. Map version is: V03959804FC 0083 NAR 2021/2022 Version NAR 13 . It was loaded as a result of the AIO process.

It is up to you but I would not. I think they want the newer firmware. Make sure you keep more than one copy. Your map is at least three years old. Interesting that Porsche did not update the preloaded map since 2020 or 2021

Hey guys, quick question. I used the same SD card to install the maps from as I did the original AIO, so I don't have MIB on there anymore. I do have a few older tiny SD cards (2GB - 4GB) that I figured I could put MIB on and leave the bigger card for map updates. If I wanted to put MIB on one of those, is it as simple as following the first few steps of the guide, downloading MIB and extracting it to the card? Do I need the patches or need to install anything since GEM is already enabled?

In my head I'm thinking if I download MIB, extract it to the card, I should be able to stick the card in, hit the button combo to bring up GEM, and MIB will then be an option again. Am I correct in this thought process? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

If you download a new copy of AIO, rename Swdlautorun.txt with an underscore like this _Swdlautorun.txt so it does not run the script again.

Thanks Socal. I had thought about this route as well, but the AIO is 3.6GB extracted. It should fit within a 4GB card, but that's also a lot of extra bloat for something I don't need to re-install, especially when MIB alone looks like it's less than 20MB. Unless I run the risk of breaking something by just using MIB (with or without patches) I figured having MIB as a lightweight standalone would be better. That being said, I'm more than willing to defer to your expertise on the matter if you think it'd be an issue.

Sorry I assumed that you were gonna keep AIO. Yes you can use an older version of MIB on a new SD card.

@718socal This resource is super awesome and my thanks goes out to all the contributors!

One question - I reviewed the instructions repeatedly and everything worked like a charm except the SVM FIX. Per the video I was expecting to select "extract build version" and then see "Svm-info Compressing..." but that never showed up. scrolling down, just leads to blank screen. This is on a 2024 CGTS with CD/DVD. Thoughts?

@Miggytosh Do you have recorded what the firmware level was before you applied the update? Which method did you use MIB or AIO (version)?

@Westcoast It was MHI2_US_POG11_P5186 1476 and I used AIO (ver. MHI2_US_POG11_K5186_1_MU1476_AIO_20220723). The PCM now shows MHI2_US_POG11_K5186 1476 for the firmware.
