[QUOTE=Baggerdude;18464278]"PIWIS needs to be in Engineering and not V diagnostic mode to code the cluster. By default the AC is always ON on my car. If you have the memory seats, I think it remembers the last setting with your memory button and key"

Thanks, Socal718 ... appreciate your help. I'll pass this along. I think they were in the Engineering mode. Perhaps there is something they were missing. I'll see if they can try again.
[/QUOTE

I bet their E mode will not have the manual coding values.

In the same page, comfort windows up and down. If you try to activate both the top and windows comfort access on the Spyder, the latter will work as they share the key fob (press and hold open or close doors). Useful for who prefers windows rather than the top or cayman users..
Nice, now Spyder owners can enable latch/unlatch of the top from outside the car. With the help of @718socal we saw that Spyder coding when coding my BGTS 4.0's convertible top to operate from the key-fob, now you've confirmed that key-fob latching can be coded for the Spyder. FWIW, The Boxster' Comfort Windows and Comfort Top are also mutually exclusive but my windows will still fully close at the end of the cycle and partially open at the beginning so the windows have useful functionality when top coding is chosen. Also one can choose the windows closed or open at the end of the opening cycle. @John Mclane do the Spyder widows operate the same way?

They open and close a little bit when operating the top. When I left the windows and top comfort setting on, only the latter worked. I think the former is more useful so I changed it back. Being able to finish the closing with the fob instead of going in the car (specially w/ bucket seats) is so simple yet so convenient.

I also found a line that implies the OPF is monitored on this car (23 Spyder). Could someone compare with prior American non-monitored cars (20-22)?

Tried wireless CarPlay activation. Turned in 5ghz but made no difference. It could be hardware related as others reported.
I am glad that you were able to code your Spyder. The Wireless CP is not available because there is no 5ghz on PCM4. I use the Carlink adapter for Wireless CP

That's the conclusion I got to, thanks for confirming. It seems that the interface on the 982 is simpler than the 992. I failed more than succeed on that one. The spyder doesn't have a lot I can code anyways. No front camera, parking sensors, seat memory... It does have this loud thing behind my seat that leaves me smiling and with concentration problems during the day (thinking when I'm getting back to it).

I have the same setting on my 2021 CGTS. This is just the OPF fault warning in the cluster. I would think that any change to the OPF would be in the DME.

There is also the VO for specific exhaust

Thanks! Fluke weather in Chicago allowing for Dunlop tire drives. I might mount winters just to keep on driving.

I am not an iPhone user, but I thought that they could use 2.5Ghz for wireless Car Play?

Back to the drawing board. I can get the top to latch back by using the lock button on the fob, but the windows don't finish going up. I think one of the settings need to allow for that as well .
To the cold garage w/ Google translate...

From Apple documentation.
