You will rarely put the weather protector on unless you are going long distance x-country or know you'll be exposed to significant prolonged rain.

The cut roof-line look and the experience with the back open will be one of the best features of the Spyder RS. Many were hoping for this during the run-up to reveal.
Me included! Haha

I can not agree more
(987.2 Spyder owner who was on the SRS waiting list for +/- 1 year before it was announce, it was a very pleasant surprise)

I only put up the weather protector when washing the car

Harris needs to stay out of it until I've gotten an allocation secured! Don't need his accolades driving the demand / ADMs up! sigh

Still not feeling that roofline compared to 718; motivation to keep it down all the time!

The more I read about this Spyder RS, the more I like it. I saw the Seen Through Glass review, and while he really liked it, he preferred his GT3 just a touch more. I may contact my dealer about what ADM games are afoot.

I'd totally wait for, and get, the .2 GT3! That'll be the bomb.

Expect similar AMDs to the 4RS...$50k-$75k. Only the desperate will pay anything around $100k over.

I will have to rewatch his review, I didn't get the impression that he actually liked it, he is a 911 guy... and most don't get the mid-engine platform. Very few reviewers do, in my opinion comparing them is a useless exercise.

It took over 10 years before the 911 faithful in my local PCA club stopped asking me when I was going to buy one...

How many liters the standard SRS tank is? 54litres?
Maybe many countries can't choose to equip bigger fuel tanks? My country comes standard with a 64 Litres

Which country? LHD or RHD?
64 is optimum but unfortunately we get 54 in Italy.
So 90 is no brainer.
