I will have to rewatch his review, I didn't get the impression that he actually liked it, he is a 911 guy... and most don't get the mid-engine platform. Very few reviewers do, in my opinion comparing them is a useless exercise.
It took over 10 years before the 911 faithful in my local PCA club stopped asking me when I was going to buy one...![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)

I'll watch just about anything from Clarkson, Hammond, May, Doug Demuro, Obsessed Garage, etc. but I'm not looking to them to inform a potential car buying decision.
The one reviewer who I know I will agree with 99% of the time is Steve Sutcliffe. He LOVES the Cayman/Boxster and has always sung its praises.

LWBS, Bose, steering wheel and gear lever in leather, grey contrast stitiching, 90-litre tank, LED, Chrono, light, HomeLink, rear camera, dashcam, net and mats (LOL).
No WP, no PCCB, no FAL.
Nothing crazy.

The larger tank was not available in the US for the GT4rs either, but was available in Europe. Not sure exactly why, but previously there was speculation around needing multiple crash tests or EPA tests with multiples tank sizes. Who knows for sure. Would def make track days easier. I can go about 2 25 min sessions between needing to fill up, at around 6mpgs.

54 too little.
Didn’t love the 90L on the Gt3 because it gave pick up issues lower than 1/3 and the indicator was set on the stock tank not the extended one; so until 60-65 L you always read full but it wasn’t.

Colour?
I thicked many options on this one but I went almost stealth with the look.
Such a simple configuration (black on silver with WP and red seats) but I am very curious about the first sight when it comes …. no press car was black (as usual)

Hello guys ,,I was reading a few days ago an article about overlaping 982 and 983 electric production at some markets as CHINA , USA or AUSTRALIA ,,,,instead at some areas like Europe , Japan or south korea from next july 2024 the 982 will not continue ...it seems.the reason is that the electrical architecture of the 982 cannot acommodate new UN cybersecury Regulations mandatory for 2024 ,,,I am wondering How this will affect the 718RS spyder production an allocations in countries from those areas ,,,,anybody here can explain me something more about this matter ? ,,,,reading this article from the head of R&D at Porsche Michael Steiner I can Imagine that due to those Cybersecurity regulations the 718 RS spyder could be not sold anymore on those markets ,,, am I wrong or not ? thanks for your opinion ,,,,

^^^^ You’re not wrong. Same architecture for all 718s. I read same/similar article.

I understand then All over Europe,Japan and South Korea there will be only maximum 2 allocations for the 718 RS spyder ,,,,the first one started last may, june july and maybe another one at the beginning of the next year at the most ,,,,giving that from july 2024 it,s gonna be imposible to sell new cars on those markets without the cybersecurity certificate,,,, thanks .....
