@Bob Z. That's a bit vague. Searches for "seat belt holder" and "seat belt loop" returned nothing useful. A link maybe?

I'll email Eddie.

Thx

Frank at Exclusive Option has most of the stitched parts, so you could do more…

He gave me a RL discount and so it was about a third of the price of ordering it from Porsche. I was cross shopping the Spyder and GTS and didn’t realize that the deviated stitching on the shift boot was not included on the GTS with the deviated stitching package or I probably would have ordered it. Now I am thankful that I didn’t - $310 vs. $900 (need to send the core back). Yikes. And as you see in the photo, Exclusive Option is totally OEM looking. Exactly same stitching.

So, exactly how hard did you have to yank? I was considering a dev stitching shift boot just this morning.

So, here is what I did:

1. With a plastic pry tool, pry up the back of the boot, then pull backwards to pull the front out.
2. Give a quarter turn of the leather boot top collar.
3. Grab the shift ****, wiggle a bit while pulling up at the same time. It takes determination.
4. Turn the boot inside out.
5. Push the shift boot center pins in the black collar inwards while pulling the shift **** apart from the boot.

That’s it.

Rather than yanking, just position both hands around the **** with your elbow(s) on something solid like your knee and pry upward using consistent force. It'll pop loose.

I also recommend some painters tape on the trim just forward of the boot so your pryin' doesn't leave you cryin'.

Connects very well and quickly every time, do not notice any drop offs, and I have velcroed it into the centre console perfectly.

Great idea! Just tried mine out for the first time this weekend and like you said, it's fast and connects every time so far. Now to velcro it to the lid!

I use the passenger footwell car charger. Usually not needed, though, unless using navigation on a long trip.

I’ve been traveling with my wife and will pick the car up later this week with a 9/1 track day to get the full picture.
