Ten years from now, if they are still around and not bought out by another company, they may actually honor it. However, that really was not a factor in my buying decision.

Really makes a meaningful difference plus, then now adding a really good tune too. Night and day difference between this setup and stock. Really, really elevates the experience with everything combined.

SO damn tempted to get the Kline headers next Spring. Are you running those too? My only concern is raising the 6,000 RPMs+ sound level even more. Loud up there as is already, but pretty damn glorious. SO bummed the driving season is nearly over here in New England.

Already spinning the tires in 1st gear and occasionally in 2nd gear. Practically half worn down on the rears in just the past month or so since getting the new tunes. Should have jumped on the combo much sooner when the weather was much warmer!

But of course. Inconnel all around. I started with just the cat back but ended up getting the headers and couldn't be happier with the setup.

I have the Kline Inconel cat-back already, won't do headers though since I am in CA and plan on keeping my car well into when it will need to get smogged.

I will do the antigravity battery at some point, but I have spent enough for a while between the Porsche motorsport camber plates and now the APEX wheels. The damn labor and alignments add up too.

Percentage-wise, how much louder would you say it is above 6,000 RPMs with the headers?

It is mainly about the tone. Loudness is pretty much identical at idle and regular driving with the valves closed but it is a little more metallic. Above 6k at WOT, I would say maybe 25% louder but you really get that GT wail.

I'll be at the Rennsport Dragon Rally this weekend if you are going.

Would love to, but have already driven about 6,000 miles in the past month (!). Staying put for a bit now. 😁

With that said, dying to take the car down to do Skyline Drive in Shenondoah National Park. Just ordered the FitCamX Dash Cam, so will make for some great footage with the Kline roaring with the roof down.

I know that feeling. I put on 18K the 1st year. Dec. will be the end of year 2 and I am now at 27K, so I have dialed it back some too.

That's a lot of miles! I actually took my Stelvio QV for 4,700 miles of the total mileage and the Boxster for 1,300 miles when I got home. Now the weather is getting much cooler up here, so probably only about 2-3 weeks of driving left.

Is the projected 20hp bump in power from the headers actually noticeable?

While BBS forged ones are incredible wheels (not the cast ones), they’re VERY EXPENSIVE. And while they certainly retain more value, even if you lose 50% with Apex you’re looking at $2k loss at resale. With BBS you may be looking at more due to higher point of entry.

For the price of a FI-R set, you can get Apex wheels, Brembo/AP Racing two piece rotors, and AG Lithium battery and drop significantly more weight.

Be careful with Skyline Drive. Speed limit is 35 mph and they tend to strictly enforce. It’s a beautiful drive, but not what you are expecting in order to have fun with your car. Recommend the Tail of the Dragon and surrounding drives in northern Tennessee. That is a ton of fun. And you can really test out the car.

True but it's just money, right?

My car has PCCBs and I love them so not swapping them. I have an AG battery and full inconel exhaust so these were something I was lusting after. If I keep my car 10 years that is $1k/yr assuming they are worthless afterwards. I can live with that to have them just because. Not looking for a performance advantage. .

Think of a nice watch (which costs many multiples of these wheels), it doesn't tell time any beter than a Casio but people like having nice watches.

Maybe? Hard to separate the placebo effect from reality sometimes. I don't know if my butt dyno is that finely tuned.

However, you do notice it revs quicker and the engine is more lively at revs seem to climb and drop at a faster rate
